My Design suggestion/response
Static houses image from the cover could be re-created into a 3D scene. The dark blue house would be centered at the start and be assembled from nothing, and as it is constructed, the adjacent houses begin to self-assemble around it, all at different timings, and so on until the full group of houses are assembled to create the scene. The camera pans around the houses during this and finishes in the position/angle of the static houses image and blends into the cover. The book title, brown regulation bar and logo etc will then morph into the cover.
